Yes. While Signal can only be registered with one phone number or one account ID on a single primary device, Signal allows Android phones and iPhones to be linked as secondary devices to a primary device. Read more about it here: linked Android phones and linked iPhones.
Once a device is linked, your messages and chats are synced across all connected devices, so you can continue chats seamlessly.
